Catering Traditional Cayman is the result of local family recipes being passed down from generation to generation. Catering Traditional Cayman was born from local property managers seeking a truly unique experience for their guests by offering traditionally prepared local cuisine. Sheena and Sharon decided to offer an even higher level of service by preparing the meals on location for the guests. This on-site preparation gives guests the full experience of Traditional Caymanian cooking with all the rich aromas and flavours. Our Head Chef graduated in 2002 with an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University North Miami Campus. Johnson & Wales University is known as "America's Career University" boasting a 98% employment rate for their graduates. It is one of the top universities for the culinary and hospitality trades and is the largest food service educator in the world. Our customers satisfaction is our highest priority.
